Repustar Visual Design
Repustar is a publication platform that verifies the truth, by allowing readers to verify and report any media that seems dubious, turning common citizens into journalists and fact seekers.
I worked on the interface design for a few versions of the app and website, I stepped into the project midway when I joined the team at 1stMain. I worked on creating a visual design language for the app via a scalable illustration style. I created over 65 illustrations to be used across editorial themes, empty states, onboarding, in-app functionality, and social media.

Election Coverage
A set of illustrations that could be used across election themed stories that were reported during the 2020 election created to combat misinformation among voters.
Covid-19 Coverage
Illustrations for Editorial themes related to Pandemic reporting. There was widespread misinformation spread by politicians, interest groups, and state actors in many countries for political purposes during that year.
Editorial Illustrations
News stories were largely divided into Energy, Police, Schools, Healthcare, Energy, Markets, Infrastructure. As these were pretty broad, we needed some neutral illustrations to cover these pieces.
